Bonding of drain cover in tanked basement

Doing some work on a building with a tanked basement. In one corner there is a drain cover that is an extraneous conductive part so I need to attach a bonding conductor. I was thinking of something I could bolt on to the rim (about 5cm wide) that wouldn't interfere with taking the cover off. Anyone got any recommendations for a bonding plate I could use?

can you not drill a 7mm hole then bolt a 6mm nut and bolt with a lug?

No unfortunately, otherwise would just use a clamp on that

Have you tested the cover to see if it is an extraneous part?

Think I would have a look at the definition of extraneous then, before I would start worrying about bonding it.

Been doing that all weekend, might try some time out & go to church, see if I can ease up on the others. Sod it, no I won't.
