Doing some work on a building with a tanked basement. In one corner there is a drain cover that is an extraneous conductive part so I need to attach a bonding conductor. I was thinking of something I could bolt on to the rim (about 5cm wide) that wouldn't interfere with taking the cover off. Anyone got any recommendations for a bonding plate I could use?

Have you tested the cover to see if it is an extraneous part?

oops, pete, getting all technical, when i was going to suggest putting a rubber duck on it, see if it sinks or swims.

it's sunday, time to relax, attend church if you're that way inclined, sup a few, eat too much, sleep in the afternoon, tomorrow is another day.
