can Wires run through a spur

Can I run 2.5mm and 1.5mm in the same chase going down to a 3amp spur with the 2.5mm just passing through the spur to get to the sockets.

I cant move the spur and the socket the other way around as there is a extractor fan above

It's a new kitchen ring being installed

You can run whatever cables you like in the same chase, within 50mm of the surface, as long as those cables (SWA excepted) remain in a 'safe zone'.
