Pricing up to install 2 22kw car chargers in a garage and possibly 2 more in the future for ev car rentals.
Must be lockable and record kw usage per car/RF card/pin and with an app for monitoring
Maximum demand of garage is between 10-20 amps per phase and have a 300amp tn-cs cut out but only a 100amp smart meter installed
The easee charger looks perfect but with a possibility of up to £2000 for extra o-pen detection .
Would prefer a zappie but would it have similar features
All circuits will be wired as a radial

Happy to be corrected, but if these charge points (and where the car is charged) is actually IN a garage, then surely TNC-S is acceptable without further measures.

There will soon (few months) be a zappi with rfid tags for commercial use but I would consider Sevadis as my first choice for this scenario.

Does all you need and more. the sevadis cloud back office software is one of the best out there.

Chargers will be on the external of building
Looking for chargers asap

UPDATE
Thanks for comments guys I have just done first fix and used easee chargers as were best for client control and monitoring
So I wired a sub main with new 8 way tp board and decided to TT board and got a ze of 6.19 ohm
