I've got a CDA ECP62SS/2 extractor fan, can anybody tell me how to remove the lights so I can change the bulb. Also what type of bulb is used in this model.

It's most likely a 2w reflector LED lamp as the link below, unless the hood is an old one then it may be halogen.
Twist the lamp anti clockwise, rubber gloves may help gripping it, then it will drop out, it'll say on the back of the lamp what type it is.

If it looks like the one below, it's a G4 12V 20W halogen replaceable bulb. The inner ring prizes off, then you can pull out the capsule bulb.
If it looks significantly different, then it may be an integrated LED fitting, where you may have to change the fitting.
