I have an issue since this morning when I received my order.
The products I bought are:
1. Bande lumineuse RGB 840 LED COB DC12V 24V, 1M 2M 3M 4M 5M, étanche IP67 RA90 4800LM PCB 10MM - AliExpress 39 - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004517150573.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.16.1df21802VhzCFH
(12V, 5 meters)

I connected the black wire to ground, the blue and green together to D and the red one to V
on GPIO16.
I am using a 12V power supply and when I connect it to the controller nothing lights up.
My issue is that I am trying to connect them to WLED app but they don't work.
I set up the wifi and spent a lot of time on LED preferences with no luck.

I contacted the supplier to tell me what type of lights I received but the communication was broken.
I would assume that they are WS2811 but I am not sure. Another detail that I cannot find is regarding the length on the wled app preferences. As I have 5m cable with 840 leds the total number is 4200. Through research I realised that cob led strips come in groups but I am not sure what is the right number. Max number on Wled app is 2048.
I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or the lights simply don't work
