I use easycert, it also has apps for mobile platforms which I use, I upload these via the web and its great for making templates. The customer service is top notch (Brian) I would reccommend Easycert Mobile package install it on the PC and Ipad.

I use Napit online 79 pound a year for software and I've been using it for 4 years and never had a problem and tech number always answered between open hours it's also 3rd party use

Easy cert for me ,new features added all the time and you dont have to renew every year unless you want the updates.

I suspect that those who write the software don't do real-world inspections. I use the Elecsa which I think was originally the same as NICEIC version, but apparently diverged a bit (They tell me it's more than just the logo). There are bugs (Software engineers might call them "features") right through.
I could reel off a list of issues which been this way for years with no sign of improvement.
