Avoid using BESA boxes, bend the conduit instead of using an angle box. I think if you need them you could probably get away without a set to the tube if you use distance saddles, hospital saddles however will give more of a gap to the wall.
 
We use hospital saddles, client wants all boxes floating, so saddles are fixed close to boxes etc.. all for cleaning and it's stainless gear
