Hi. Is there a better forum for this? Anyway I've moved into a new place and the meter is weird. (I just had one physical reading at my old house, but this has loads of "pages" on an LCD). The new place has electric storage radiators (which are currently all turned off at the wall), some of which look brand new and have two leads coming out of them to the wall (upstairs) and a couple downstairs that look really old and have one lead to the wall.

It seems to have 3 "rates", but they make no sense.
At time of video, it was 11am in the UK - I flick through all the "pages": Please see video:
Button presses:
1) All LCD displays lit.
2) Time: 11:01
3) Date: 17th Aug
4) Rate Now: 1: 19427
5) Rate: 2: 03876
6) Total Element 1 - 23301
7) Total Element 2 - 41445
8) Rate Now: 1: 19427 Element 1 (seems like a repeated page but mentions element 1 - weird)
9) Rate Now: 3: 41443 Element 2 (what on earth is this? 3rd rate on a different element but also right now at 11am in the morning??)

More sleuthing: Rate 3 value only increases if I turn on the electric radiators.

So..... Am I supposed to tell my electricity provider about all 3? Or just 1 and 2 because perhaps 3 is included in those? Or what?

Any advice much appreciated. Cheers. Charles
