on the 2391 course and was asked what i can test whick i know is the Ze and 2 things i cant test only find out by enquiry

How would you test for available supply capacity ?
How would you test for presence of Pme ?

Testable (or by enquiry): Ze, PEFC, PSSC, Voltage, Frequency.
Not Allowed: Service Capacity (well not without cutting the seal).
