Do not be discouraged at some of the answers you have received. There is no doubt people here who have spent many years honing their skills and generally there is a fair amount of resentment (maybe justified) at people who come along and get to be an "electrician" in a couple of weeks so try to understand that. However if you are determined to progress the link is the de facto requirements for entry route in a proper fashion.
