Carrying out a ECR. House rewired about 5 yeays ago, wood block light switchs fitted thoughout. No flush back boxes & cables stripped off sheath behind . Be interested off your thoughts :saddam:
 
First thoughts are C3, but there is a lot of reproduction stuff about that isn't what it appears, and it could be OK, you need to see if you can find a BS or BSEN number anywhere on it, if you can then look up the spec before you condemn anything. You will look a proper berk if you get this wrong.

If no BS, then you will have to give the bad news.
