ECS laborer, new policy from 1th october 2017

Hello everyone, My name is Mihai and i'm new on the forum

I'm new on the forum and i have an issue in obtaining the ECS card, i passed the assessment and i apply to get the card insane, after the verification they put on hold my application because i should upload on my application the CERTIFICATE from am Employer.
For me doesn't make sense as long i don't have the card yet to be employed as a electrician mate.

My question is how i'll find an Employer to issue for me those CERTIFICATE,

Just an idea but maybe the admin can alter this image as it has home address, email and phone number and national insurance number clearly displayed and is a fraudsters dream if misused.

Yes pal it was my little mate from South Africa but was in retaliation for his and then I had a play with all the staff Avatars, oops did I just say that out loud.
Look out for @Sintra @Leesparkykent and @darkwood I think they are very fetching
