Enecsys gateway and solar collector

NEED SOME HELP. iM TRYING TO CONFIGURE MY ENECSYS GATEWAY TO THE ALOAHA SOLAR COLLECTOR. IVE DOWNLOADED THE ALOAHA SOFTWARE AND ENTERED MY ENECSYS GATEWAY IP INTO THE SOLAR COLLECTOR UNDER SETTINGS. WHAT DO I DO NOW? CONNECT THE GATEWAY TO MY COMPUTER USING THE EHERTNET CONNECTION WHEN THE INVERTORS HAVE KICKED IN. IT SAYS NO INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED.

I have the Enecsys inverters on my PV panels and needed a booster. Just a thought

The Micros are communicating with the EnecsysGateway. I have dowloaded the Aloaha Software to my computer. Is there any body who could assist with a step by step guide on getting the Solar Collector Software to run properly. I'm getting nowhere fast dont know whether the connections are correct and whether i have configured correctly
