Evening all
I've been reading the forums for a while now, so I guess it's about time I introduced myself.
I'm 43, live in Bournemouth and have for the past 15 years worked as a Purchasing Manager in IT.
Got made redundant a year ago and decided it was time for a change, so have been doing some training with a view to moving over to electrical work.

Now have:
EAL Domestic Electrical Installer certificate (part P)
C&G 2392-10 Fundamental Insection, Testing and Initial Verification
C&G 2382-10 Requirements for Electrical Installations (17th edition)

Ideally I'd like to go out on my own, but I am realistic enough to realise that compared to most people on here I know nothing and am nowhere near ready to do that just yet.

So now the search is on to get some experience and then one day who knows
