Looking for the best place to purchase either a Fluke or Kewtech tester.

Bit late I know, but I recently sold a Fluke 1663 on e-bay for £475.00 if I had known in advance of the commission charge this could have gone for £425.00 to someone on here, but no one made an offer, so what I am saying is have a look on the "For Sale" page and make an offer.
