I am swapping a light switch in France for a motion sensor with two simple connections. The switch I wish to remove has two black into one connector a single black connector and two red into the third connector. It is paired with a second switch but I am happy to blank this if required or leave it permanantly in the on position. Earth wires seem to be an English thing :)
What's the best solution?IMG20230608121825.jpg

TL;DR
How do I swap this old french switch for a motion sensor with two inputs
To UK eyes, this looks like a fairly conventionally wired 2 way switch. I would expect the single black, one of the pair of blacks and one of the pair of reds to be the only connections to the other switch, leaving the remaining red and black to be the wires that would be connected to a single 1W switch, if fitted.
