UK Guess the Light Fitting (and Replacement Bulb/Fittings)

Sorry for the RUBBISH PHOTO im SHORT!
I tend to be a Domestic Electrician, but i was asked to go to a Site to check out some lights
turned out one of them was a Lamp Post and they are asking me what type of Light Bulb it has (funny enough i could go up there to look)

I know its a Valmont Structures (Name Printed on the base) and I'm saying its a Shard (LONG) from the Look of the photos on the Valmont Structures Site. (i've emailed them but nothing yet, as i only did it yesterday because i didnt expect to be asked what light bulb is it)

I dont know if you just inscrew the whole thing and put on a new head (kinda feels that way from Images ive seen about)
I know the Fuse has also gone in it, so will be replacing that too (company wouldnt let me go out and get one for the sake of trying, but was told it was dead as its a dead one from another Post) STD10 240v 10A Fuse (im going to get a few because seems common with Lamp Posts)

NB im Dyslexic so i JUMP around and seem very Random , best rest what you can and link them together like i was some mad kill and your on the hunt for me..

Looking at the Valmont Structures site you have identified the column but l can't see any light fittings on that site

From the shadowy photos it is difficult to identify what the actual light fitting is so it looks like you may have to get up to it, from the pictures and it's profile it may be an LED fitting

as far as i can see its LEDs , and in segments

By the looks of it the whole head comes off in one unit, guess it has a driver inside of it.
Ive tried to Google the Image i have, one comes up with Wine Bottles and the other comes with Menstrual Cups!
