Hello, nice to see you all, I'm a 30yo female trainee spark, just spent 2 yrs doing my 2330 and am now starting the EAL course (mind boggling, where do i start!). Have been working for 18 months for an electrical firm doing a few days a week as an electricians mate, started off getting in by offering to work unpaid but am now getting paid, hooray! I'm hoping that if i knuckle down to it i could maybe finish the EAL by January. What do you reckon?
Btw i think this site is great! :)

Hello and welcome to the site.
Your introduction answers a lot of questions asked by people wishing to get into the industry after they have completed their normal years of education and when they are looking for a change of career path.
Enjoy the forum.

Welcome along sparkette - good to have a female aboard to temper the testosterone floating around the site;)
