As the title suggests, does anyone know where I can purchase one, as Mick the Meter muncher came when I was out shopping, left me a note mind "sorry"

Done that been there no worries, I ask a simple question, get 1 person's help, the rest nothing but derision:tongue: apart from a few well wishers:eek::rolleyes:

Why is it then, that with flat packed furniture you end up with surplus screws etc that you put in your man draw with all your other spares screws (which you never find a use for), but those flipping lights from B&Q my customers buy, come with the exact number of screws, which you enviably drop to the floor, never to be seen again! And none of those screws in the man draw fit those poxy lights.

I've looked into this myself and I'm not sure that you can purchase just the latches. I know you can get new doors, but the latches appears to be fixed with permanent fixings (some kind of rivet I believe).

But... having just gone googling...

Meter Box Spare Parts - https://www.meterboxesdirect.co.uk/meter-box-spares.html

They appear to have some latches.

I have used that link a few times, never replaced the lock itself before but have changed doors and hinges a few times. If they are anything to go by, it will be a doddle for a man of Pete's calibre.

From the link SC the latches look like they are held in place with one of those spring type clips? I may be wrong though....
