Help with installation cert circuit details

hi all I have changed a consumer unit and 1 circuit had been a cooker point mod. The cooker unit has been changed to a dp switch, from the switch goes a 2.5 t&e to a double socket outlet. This feeds a single oven and microwave. The 6mm feeding the dp switch has a 20 a mcb. How should I complete the circuit details on the cert?

It what respect, circuit designation, conductor csa?

Just note as radial 6mm circuit with 20a
MCB. That’s all.
