How to repair UPS 3KVA from Up Select

My UPS 3KVA, from Up select has problem: when I turn it on, CB break and no output, I check boost circuit is ok but no output, please help me or anyone has circuit diagram?

yes, I disconnected . C92 on PFC circuit has break but I don't know what happen because I have not circuit diagram
