Discuss JIB grading problems / confusion in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

carly

I am also having problems with JIB - currently senior graded trainee but having to go through the process of getting new card . contradictory advice about keeping my grading for 18 months if i do the NVQ which I have heard may be discontinued anyway ---- or may have to be graded as a trainee ... unless evidence/compentency of my work is verified by employer . This was all done many years ago -- and is there anyone out there left that actually works for an employer in this current situation? Most of us are subbies . Anyone else in a similar situation ? Any advice ?
