answer is no ,because it is existing. on the test cert put down on comments on existing
installation to up grade to fire rated c/u

no change of CU or comment required. this amendment crap is taking the interpretation of the regulations into cloud cuckoo land. next is you'll all be wanting to rip out red/black cables.

Well whilst i thought the same there was other angles bought up such as if its on a fire exit route etc etc.
