I've got to run some tails from a new ip meter box containing a switched fuse (as the run to the unit is 10meters£ into anothe meter box constsining tthe meter etc. about 3 feet away. Thing is I was thinking of running them in PVC conduit. What would you do? It's outside a house at the front and the dno will be connecting up soon.

A bit worried about mechanical protection you see!

Cheers!!

I would have thought you should be ok with that, the leccy boards are only made of plastic so cant see any problem, are they flush boxes though? how are you going to make the conduit off between them?

Thanks for that
makes sense then
I was really commg at it from a swa perspective you see and therefore thinking should have metal conduit
Its not flush as an old Victorian house
