Mixing of circuit breakers

It's all coming out anyway so it's an acedemic question.

Would a Bill consumer unit be comparable with Eaton breakers?
An Eaton main switch and mcbs are installed so height differences won't be a problem.

I'm changing it for full rcbo with spd board anyway.

Yes MEM bought out Bill and eventually ditched it, the Talisman Plus are identical to Memshield 2 it was the Bill version.
