Fluke use three wire via its purpose made mains lead connected directly to the MFT.
 
came back with certificate saying at 100 degrees it read 96 and at 0 degrees it read -4 degrees.
I've nearly tripled my self over their -lack of understanding of physics .
( Includes -weird gag from " Misfits" )..Punny attempt. May leave some Ice cold.
 
Just wondering which multifunctional testers you guys have, and how long have they lasted?

Hoping this becomes a handy thread for you all. There seems to be a massive price difference between them all. But then I guess some do things others don't? Not sure. :)

I did not re-agree to anything, but the notification has now disappeared, it was on post 205 which is a quote from post one with no content?
 
New job, new tester; Megger 1741+, those that have one; anything good/bad to report? Work also trusting me with a Flir E5 magical heat-reading magguffin
