My Hotpoint Cooker Keeps Tripping The Mains Everytime I Switch cooker On.

probablt an element gone down. you need an electrician to sort out what one it is.

Maybe diagnose yourself , turn everything off the turn cooker on at main switch, then when you move the dial to distinguish which part it is . Other than that phone electrician/

I had one of these yesterday - it was burnt terminals on the thermostat.

could be a N/E fault on the cable, trips as soon as a load is applied.

Get a de longhi,had one since 1999 a 6 burner range with 900mm single oven no issues whatsoever.

try switch off ccu-check cable and connections esp in ccu[overheating]-discon cable from cooker-make ends safe-switch on ccu-not trip-problem with oven
