Nest learning (3rd Gen) Wiring. Please help!

Hi,

I am located in Middle East and plan to install 2 of Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) on my Apartment.

Current thermostat installed is HoneyWell which control Heating/Cooling and 3-Speed Fan (for exhaust vent?). I have attached the photos to show the actual wiring at the back of thermostat.

Can I please seek advise if the wiring is compatible with Nest or in case any workaround?

What is your heating setup? S Plan, Y Plan?
