New regs for Mini Trunking in escape routes

are hallways classed as escape routes or bedrooms etc. not very clear on what rooms this will come under. what fixing can you get to go in mt2 trunking with 6mm as there is not a lot of space. also are these regs applicable now or is it when 18th edition comes out. all bit confusing. what about if trunking is fixed to wall and not to ceiling?

Thanks shanky. I'm pretty well aquainted with all round band and its uses. I'm pretty sure it would be an equal PITA to fit into minitrunking as a P clip.

Fit it around the outside...it will comply at least lol!

mini trunking looks horrible anyway, paint it white and it wont look any worse.

lol, no i wouldn't do that. never have and never will.

i would rather use metal wherever possible, if you can't lift floors chase walls

re-route it and you wont need to use metal fixings
