Newbie looking to train as a PV installer??

Hi,

I'm looking to retrain to become a PV installer. I've posted in that forum question about what course would be the best route.

I'll keep reading threads to see if I can find the right info but basically I'm looking for advice on what courses I should take? What I should expect from working in the industry? Job availability? Likelihood of being able to be a self employed PV installer? Expected earnings?
