Newlec heating controller fuse keeps blowing (economy 7)

A few months back I had one of these installed

A couple of weeks ago the fuse blew, circuit breaker went to off. No big deal, replaced the fuse. But now it blows every 2 days. I replace the 13A fuse and the same thing happens every time, I get 2 days out of it then it goes in the night. Is the fuse the right size? What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Ok this is a DIY question but we will keep it in the Central Heating Section due to the nature of the problem. Play nicely with the OP please.

Most likely the Immersion heater is failing.

Fuses blow for a reason.
Get the Immersion heater tested.

Agree with this.

Don't keep replacing the fuse as something is clearly not right.

David the guys are right, it is time to call an Electrician in who can find the fault for you, if you can post up your exact location then maybe there is a member who is close to you.
