I was looking at these tile sensors,probably great till it stops working.... I think they were talking some sort of wave your hand past type. I would imagine zones would still be an issue with that type of switch.You mean like a presence detector ?

just think .the customer having a dump and the lights go out ,yeah I can see that happening.i can hear the customer say ho ---- !Saw an install last year where the client didn’t want anything in show. Electrician used a microwave based occupancy sensor above the plasterboard ceiling in the loft space. Positioned just inside the doorway
