Not sure if links work but this is the best I could find to support the unit being an RCBO. FEDERAL ELECTRIC STABLOK 20 AMP 30 mA RCBO RCD MCB STAB-LOK - FEDERAL ELECTRIC - Electrics Outdoors I would still recommend the consumer unit to be changed, the cooker circuit failed to trip but luckily there was a spare within the consumer unit, however given this information I would be happy to sign the installation off. What threw me off was a google search of bs 4293 shows up a lot of information regarding RCCB's and gave me cause for concern.
