I know this is the wrong forum, but I thought I'd stick it here for all the regulars first...

I don't know if anyone remembers, but I got a pretty good deal on a second hand van a few months back, I posted it on here somewhere.

I seem to remember there was a little bit of interest, so I thought I'd let people know there should be some more coming soon.

I'm not entirely sure of condition and mileage until they actually turn up what with them being ex-council vans, but they'll probably be around the 2003-4 age.

Mine was a particularly good deal as it was proper mate's rates from my friend who gets them, but he's still going to let them go at pretty good prices I think.

Anyway, if anyone wants to know any more then feel free to write here or PM me.

I have been buying my motors at the auctions for the past 20 years so far i have got 5 3 at 6 months old for me and 2 at 2 years old for her and nothing has changed ie the cost is always 70% of the forecourt price and the funny thing is that if you look at your car insurance it states the market price of the motor in other words if you buy a 6 month old car from a dealer for £10.500 or you buy the same car at the auctions (with manufacturers warranty on it) for £7.100 and you write the car off a couple of months later you will get £7,100 and they dont care where you bought it from.
