I have a fair bit of work happening in the new year. I use sub contractors now rather than employees due to hard times and recession. However that said I feel the time to employ a new apprentice is right. I employed a young mate in the end, I Will be probably chatting to JTL later in the year about a trainee possibly, it all depends on several factors, At the moment I have enough man power available to cope with any work I take on.
