I’m looking at renting an office space and I am trying to establish whether I can use my equipment in there. I have a machine that runs on a blue 32amp commando plug. I’ve checked the power requirements for the machine and it’s 25amps with a max consumption of 6000Kw.

The office I’m looking at has a fuse box of the same style as what’s in my house so I’m wondering whether this kind of socket is possible.

Thanks in advance.

I suspect most landlords would also require it to be done by a registered (insured!) electrician as well so they get all of the required paperwork to certify it is safe, etc. Speak to them, they may well have someone they trust already to do such things.
