Hi our sheds and outbuildings seem to have lost all electrical power but the socket next to the shed has lights on nothing works in the other sheds sockets either no kettle garden pond pump etc plus light switches too.The junction box in the shed halfway down the garden is fine if I turn off the breaker the socket lights to the shed go off and turn on the breaker and they come on so thats working as it should be no lights in the middle shed halfway down the garden too which is where the box is what could be causing this complete loss of sockets and lighting especially when the socket is working fine baffled? They were fine this morning end of garden and middle now nothing our house is older so no fcu either anywhere

Are you quite sure you know where all of the circuit breakers are located? It is possible it is fed from a breaker in one of the other buildings or sheds.

If there is no obvious switch, breaker, or FCU & fuse feeding it, then really you have to get an electrician in to sort it out.

This is what I mean by Fused Connection Unit:

I'm pretty sure when we usually lose the lights it's fed from the breaker in the middle shed it usually trips but is absolutely fine and functioning ok as it turns the socket on and off but as I said what's weird is there's power to the socket but nothing works in it and all sockets plus lights have gone down
