I am a newly qualified electrican have been doing what call bits a pieces jobs new sockets, lights, consumer units, etc. I now have to price up my first rewire for a three bed bungalow.
Pricing seems to vary so much looking on the net

I am working with a builder and will have a labourer to the donkey work like channelling etc
20 sockets, 10 light switches, cooker socket, shower point, 2 smokes, TV ariel point, 8 pendants, 10 light swithches, 2 outside lights.

What thoughts have you guys

Thanks
Mike

Phone your wholsaler, and get the price for the materials needed, although I would also be inclined to add some cable to that list also.. Work out how long it will take you and multiply that by your hourly rate. Add the 2 figures together and thats your price.

or price per point. average is around £50/point. ( more for cooker/shower.)

Don't forget to price materials for bonding etc. And what type of earthing system is it?

Thanks mate thats the way I have been thinking dont want to under price or be out of the frame either
