Hi guys, new to this forum, started doing testing recently at work, got my 2391 a few years back and im just looking to brush up on a few things:

1: when doing an insulation resistance test and rcbo's are present do i have to disconnect both neutral and earth flying leads? and if so why?
2: what are the two flying leads on an rcbo actually for?
3: is it deemed ok to test IR at load side of DB mainswitch with everything on and obviously elimination process if test fails?

Cheers thats all i can think of for now
