Why ? if they don.t they won't sleeeeep or comply ? or will they ? won't they ? or do we armour plate the customers wall ?

customer wants nothing surface mounted ? where is the rcd going to go ? how far from the meter is the fuse box ? not sure i completely see the picture of what is happening lol
