Repositioning Main Fuse and Meter - Domestic Property

Hi, has anybody had any experience with repositioning the electrical meter and main fuse within a domestic property and the costs involved, thanks

I used common sense and a screwdriver and just moved the damned thing !!

Western Power charged me £600 to move meter from inside into a cabinet that I had to provide and preposition in the outside wall about 2m away.
