rip off price work!

not sure if anyone else has had the misfortune of wasting a couple of hours at a total trade services interview recently!

The prices are rock bottom and there completely ripping off lads desperate for work.
I worked on the same sceme in london 3 years ago and I was earning a LOT of money!
3 years on the price per instal has more than halved!!

unless youve got debt collectors at your door I wouldnt waste your time!!

there a company based in wales. theyve took on eaga and warmfronts work installing domestic heating systems. a lot of work has been advertised in the north. there are a lot of smaller companys who offer better price per instal than these. every spark and gas fitter i spoke to after the interview agreed it wasnt worth the money

The heating/boiler installs were/are being done down here and the same thing, money is poor Ive heard, but that's the plumbing side, so would imagine the wiring is no different.

If you have the debt collectors at your door
do the following

1, Get a fully detailed (serial number the lot" of EVERYTHING you own.
2. Sell those to a 'friend" (must not have bailiffs after them !) using a full receipt signed and witnessed . It must show the full list etc .
3. They then give you a agreement to use those items as you so wish but they still own them .
4. If you go to court, take this with you and get it REGISTERED etc .So that the finance company are aware . This can include cars etc . The V5 form is only the "registered keeper" not the owner.
5. Any debt collectors etc will now be aware you have no items that "belong to you"
6.For that reason you can call the police and get them arrested for attempted robbery etc If they try to remove what is not yours and you have shown them legal proof .
