Yeah they wont mind...straight up the vaulted ceiling with a bit of sticky back to a ceiling rose adaptor and hang the chandelier from that

4 night shifts to do 17, 18, 19,20 then done. Will be working a couple days or more TBA in between boxing day and new year (only time we shutdown) then off til the 10th of jan

I broke up from IT job on Friday, had electrical planned up til end of Wednesday..... then mate phones to say he's bought new house and wants it rewiring.

Can't refuse as he is an architect so if I get my foot in the door with him I know there'll be more to come.

I've got to have this place second fixed and handed over before Christmas. Its offices so full fire alarm, intruder alarm, floor box sockets ,mains, gated access, chandeliers etc. Only started yesterday and there still taping and jointing downstairs

Yeah, someone else is installing the gates but ill be making all the connections. I cant remember off the top of my head but I know the make of the gear begins with a C . The gates are oak. I've got to add in a photocell and staircase timer that's triggered when the gates are opened to light up the post all the way up the driveway. Might have to give you a buzz if I get stuck with the gate control side

Yeah I use them a lot, get on well with the rep up here. They are the biggest supplier of automation over here.
