No, because I don't routinely carry one on the van tbh, but, Ohms law stipulates that it couldn't pull any more than 39.25a anyway.

Of course! But then if both the shower, pullcord and mcb are faulty, then you're gonna have issues anyway.

If your going to change the isolator, then change it for a Crabtree, they are about the best pull switches on the market and are rated at 50A not 45A....
