Hi lads. I'm looking to find the average price for sockets and downlighters. I've just replaced an old spark and his prices seem very cheap. Now the fella i'm doing the work for is very tight. He's a builder (conservatorys, kitchen extensions) nothing major. He's paying £30 a d/socket and £25 a downlight. The problem is, some of these conservatories only have 2 d/sockets, so £60 for labour and materials, now u cant do it for that and earn a living. How would u's price work like this ? whats the going rate??? I've just come into the domestic scene after all the new build works dried up, so any advice would help. Thanks, chris
