I am very interested in this chest fridge idea, but I want it to be fully mobile. Would it be possible to power if using a solar panel and battery if it uses 0.1kWh each day? And I am based in the sunshine capital that is Glasgow?

I am a complete novice with electrics so apologies if this is a stupid question...
