Spur/Junction for outdoor socket for PHEV charging?

Unless there is an rcd before that board ( looks like the main switch but has a little test button on it)
It is unlikely to be suitable for the addition of an outside socket.

No RCDs in the house but there are two sockets outside on the rear conservatory that have RCD protection, assuming they’re safe to use?

I fitted several of these GE boards back in the day. That's not a test button, it's an embossed section on the aluminium profile used to link the two SP switches that make up the main switch.

Was describing what an rcd looks like, NOT suggesting that the board had one!

Another question then, would 6A overnight for 7 hours be safe from a normal plug? Similar wattage to a 1500W heater and they can be plugged in for a fair amount of time

You have no sockets that are suitable for supplying anything outdoors. This includes the sockets inside the house.
