SWA protection to car charger query

The guy is clearly not a qualified electrician, whatever bits of paper he may have.
Reporting him to anyone would be a waste of time. No sanctions will be applied unless someone dies.

Electrician for 18yrs apparently, with a NAPIT badge, company name provided through myenergi quotation service.
