Not that tricky!! Been doing my own refurb at the moment - all I can is that its a bit warm in the loft, plus as all the studs are new I've had to drill all new holes etc!

Slightly warm working up a height in a room full of gas fired furnaces with inadequate extraction, literally have to strip down to the boxers to make it just slightly bearable lol

Know how you feel I've been working on the third floor this week and legs are starting to ache already. On my own and not much room in the crawl space.



Having to guess how much cable you've pushed through is fun on your own as well but it's a good job I'm not working on price
