UFH pump help please.... ??

Hi Guys

Just seeing if anyone can help please.
Does this pump come with plug in type/ pre flexed feed (hopefully that makes sense!) as cant see how to get inside to wire it up ?
Where its located have zero room and struggling to get in and see properly (thanks plumbers !)

Did they mean to fit it upside down too?

There’s an arrow on the rear view, meaning the way it’s orientated, water is being pumped FROM the manifold not INTO.

Am I right or wrong there?

yep.... upside down ! whole install rough as F**k!
